Speedskating is a great sport for almost anyone. Some skate because they want to race and compete while others skate just for fun and fitness. Most are new to speedskating when they first try although some have experience playing hockey, figure skating and inline skating. Our Learn-to-speedskate sessions are open to boys and girls, men and women. ALL ARE WELCOME! We require gloves and a helmet (bike or hockey is fine) and recommend long sleeve shirts and knee pads.
